Our standard turnaround time is 5 to 7 business days before your order ships. We do our best to get orders out even sooner when possible!

Rush processing is available for a $15 fee.

Return PolicyWe want you to love what you ordered! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work:   

 • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.    

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.    

• Custom or made-to-order items (including personalized designs) are non-refundable.    

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.   

 • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping fees).

Exchanges:

We don’t offer direct exchanges, but you’re welcome to return an item and place a new order for the size or style you need.

We recommend washing your items inside out in cold water and laying flat or tumble drying on low to keep them looking their best.
